Mega Man series Producer Kazuhiro Tsuchiya posted a video announcing and explaining the delay, which can be seen above.
He said that the team wants to create the best experience possible and that they made the difficult decision to push the game back to achieve that goal. There aren’t any concrete details about what challenges the team actually ran into.
The delay also has no bearing on the collection’s pre-orders and the alread-announced pre-order bonuses.
If you somehow managed to miss the bus when Zero/ZX Collection was first announced a few months back, we’ve got all the details for you here. In short, it’s a compilation of the Zero and even rarer ZX games in the Mega Man franchise, entries usually regarded as some of the better and more difficult ones in the franchise.
Be sure to stay tuned for more on Mega Man Zero/ZX Collection as it breaks.
